For Bishop to reach its full potential, I think we need to be more proactive in addressing our challenges. If elected, I would devote my energy tackling our housing shortage, revitalizing our downtown area with sustainable businesses, and having more community involvement in the decisions that affect all of us.

I have been blessed to call Bishop home for over a decade, and have seen it change dramatically. We live in a beautiful area, but it is the community here that inspires me the most -- I love this city, and am excited by its bright future.

A common frustration with government at all levels is the perception that our voices are not heard by elected representatives. As a council member, I will always have an open ear, and I will always remember that my consituents are all the residents of Bishop.
